We also offer a $149 walk through inspection (written inspection not included). This is a quick visual inspection with the client, concentrating on the major components. (1 hour max) Must be local to the Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo/Guelph area.

Pre-listing Inspections. Ideal for home owners who would like an overview of their home (what should be upgraded or fixed), before putting it on the market. Also an advantage having a copy of the inspection report on hand during Open Houses.
Buyers Inspection. Best way to know what you're getting into before you commit to the purchase. This should not be overlooked.
Maintenance Inspections. A little cheaper then a regular Inspection, but the best way to keep the value of your home.
Insurance Inspections. Needed for Insurance purposes. Focuses more on the Electrical and Structural aspects of the home.

Is the main reason schooling is so very important in addition to experience in the trades. Having a trades background is necessary but not enough for Home Inspectors. Those that say schooling isn't important, obviously have none.
